Diagnosis
Scutellum with engraved and weak reticulation, median groove complete; eyes large, DE/DO = 3.7; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.53; propodeum with median carina long and narrow, LC/WC = 5.2; propodeal callus with three setae; female petiole 1.5X as long as wide; female gaster short, round, MM/LG = 1.1, and with 1st tergite large, 0.6X as long as length of gaster.
